Information we collect
We collect personal information that you submit to us manually or electronically with your complaints, inquiries or requests, such as your full name and employment information, and the details you include in a proposal request (name, company, email address, phone number and message).
We provide a Personal Information Collection Statement in an appropriate format whenever we collect personal data from you.
How we use it
Collected personal information is used solely for documentation and processing within the company and is not shared with outside parties. It lets us address your request, forward it to the right internal team for action, and give you updates and advisories in an orderly and timely manner.
Website analytics
This website does not set analytics cookies. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type and date and time) for security and administration.
Protection measures
Only authorized personnel have access to personal information. It is stored for two years after a complaint, inquiry or request is acted upon. Physical records are then shredded and digital files anonymized.
Access and correction
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Email info@techsupport.ph.
